Followers and Gym

Wow! I don’t think I’ve even had this tumblr for a week yet and I already have 54 followers! Hello to you all, I hope this blog helps motivate you! :D


My day in regards to fitness:
Today I went to the gym totally alone. Usually I have work out buddies with me but they decided not to go today for personal reasons. I planned on staying there for 2-2.5 hours today but I only made it about an hour and a half. Working out was extremely hard for me today! I don’t know why my body was so sluggish and weak. I even had to reduce the resistance on the stationary bike to 7 because I could barely do my normal level 11! I I know can’t be digressing in the gym, I know I am only getting stronger…but I was noticeably weaker today than normal. I hope that doesn’t happen tomorrow.

Tonight I feel exhausted. Maybe it’s just because I am still getting over my cold. Last time I was at the gym I was super wired on caffeine and pseudoephedrine (which I found out was a bad combination and can often result in ER visits in some people). It super charged my stamina but the intense sweating and heart rate wasn’t fun. Never drinking tons of coffee and tea and taking a high dosage of that again. lol

I fudged a little on my diet and had a chicken bacon avocado ranch sandwich from Safeway. I worked off most of its calories at the gym though. It was really good. -no regrets- lol
