Do exercises to strengthen my lower back.

Exciting News:
-My weight is moving downward
-I can squeeze my ass into smaller sizes (yay more options!)

FOOD

I did really well today on eating. Met my 1400 calories and ate lots of fruits after a trip to the store for a bunch of fruit. I didn’t exercise at all today but I am going to a Zumba class tomorrow at the gym. I am likely going to take weekends off. I am a hermit and it’s hard to just go all out and be super active every day of the week. The week days are easier for me to be active when I am already out and about. :P

Also, I have reintroduced homemade sweet potato fries into my diet…because there is seriously nothing better.
